Open for Business - Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital of Westover Hills
AUSTIN, TEXAS – Rogers-O’Brien Construction is pleased to announce the completion of the Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital of Westover Hills (a subsidiary of Post Acute Medical). The new 40-bed, 50,000-SF comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation hospital is located at 10323 State Highway 151 and will provide much needed services to meet the market demand in San Antonio.
Designed with a hospitality and retreat oriented focus, Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital of Westover Hills offers an abundance of natural light, open space, and a beautiful environment fostering optimal healing with all private patient rooms and the latest rehabilitation technologies. The facility provides inpatient and outpatient programs for stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, major trauma, cardiac and orthopedic patients, as well as an Inpatient Pediatric Unit. The new facility is located in Westover Hills with freeway access from the Greater San Antonio area and the Hill Country enabling patients to return closer to home for their post-acute, rehabilitative care. This is the third hospital Warm Springs will operate in the San Antonio market.

Design services were provided by Dallas-based Curtis Group Architects and construction services were provided by Rogers-O’Brien Construction. Development activities were coordinated by Mohr Health, LLC, a Dallas-based development company that provides custom-tailored, tenant-focused, real estate solutions to healthcare companies of all sizes.
Occupancy of the facility was provided to Warm Springs on April 2nd. The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Open House was held on May 31st. The hospital began admitting patients on Monday, June 4th.
